Includes the installation of the Terra Dentro ephemeral camp, with: antibacterial gel, drinking water for hand washing and general cleaning, chairs, tables, linens, clay crockery, metal cutlery, glass cups and glasses, bread boards, cheeses , cold meats, etc. In drinks: bottled water, mineral water, canned beers, white and red wines Cuna de Tierra, from vineyards in the Valle de la Independencia in Guanajuato, mezcal from the region. In foods from the region: Ots brand sourdough bread, dairy and matured sheep’s milk cheeses from El Rebaño from the San Miguel de Allende Volcanic Field, delicatessen from the volcanic region of San Miguel de Allende, olives, pine nuts, walnuts and berries from Guanajuato. It includes the lighting of a bonfire and the guide to recognize birds, reptiles, insects, mammals, flora, in general and the guide on how to register them in the National Biodiversity Commission (CONABIO) to do citizen science, as well as monitoring for the Secretariat State Ecology. 6 hour itinerary. 0:00 Start of the headquarters hotel in Guanajuato, Gto. 0:30 We start along the historic Camino Real de Tierra Adentro (CRTA) at the Hacienda de El Gallinero. 1:00 Driving the Jeep Terra Inside through the places Refugio de Trancas and Mesa de los Hernández. 1:30 interaction with the natural and cultural heritage of Picones and Cañada de la Virgen; includes sighting of birds, reptiles, insects and local flora plus registration to CONABIO. 2:00 Adrenaline steps by Arroyo Picones; challenging our perception of: volume – space – balance – equilibrium and gravity in the Jeeps Terra Inside. 2:30 gourmet picnic in the middle of nowhere in the center of everything. 3:45 reconnaissance of the flora and fauna of the oak forest, including clucking from heights. 4:30 Mineral de Santa Rosa (majolica pottery workshop). 5:30 a.m. Pass through the Mata Dam canyon. 6:00 Arrival at the host hotel.

4. San Renovato Dam Hike to Las Comadres

The ranch where we started is located about 30 minutes from the city. After a theoretical introduction to riding, we will start the tour of 2 hours and a half with exclusive access to the main canyon of the region.

Finally, a delicious traditional homemade meal will be waiting for us. The menu includes comal tortillas, fresh ranchero cheese and organic beans from the same ranch, quesadillas, nopales, rice, fresh sauces, guacamole and salad, among other typical dishes.
