¡Hola! We are MATER, an inbound tour operator specializing in sustainable tourism experiences in Argentina and Latin America.

Since 2013, we have organized trips for small groups and individual travelers, offering genuine experiences that combine outstanding destinations (Buenos Aires, Patagonia, Iguazu Falls…) with nature tourism activities and rural community tourism programs. We promote cultural encounters between travelers and the local community, participation in rural tasks, handicraft workshops, local gastronomy classes, guided walks with community members and accommodation in family houses.

Our work was recognized by the following certifications: 

• Travelife(the first partner agency in Argentina, since 2014) 
• Certified B Corporations(since 2019, certified in 2021) 
• Biosphere (the first certified agency in Argentina, since 2021)
• Directrices Sostenibilidad Turística (Sustainable Management Guidelines) – National Ministry of Tourism, Argentina (since 2017, revalidated in 2022) 

We are also members of local and international networks and groups such as Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA)
