What's the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is a space designed for providers of adventure and nature services and activities to meet with buyers (tour operators and travel agencies) and media, both national and international. During these business appointments, which will last 15 minutes, suppliers will be able to show their products, which will give them the opportunity to develop or strengthen a business relationship that can be extremely beneficial for both suppliers and buyers.
New Business Opportunities
One on one Marketplace
Each supplier that registers to the Marketplace will have a table where they will receive buyers and media. Suppliers, buyers and the media will receive an appointment schedule that they must strictly follow.
We encourage all vendors to print as little material as possible, displaying their products via electronic devices, and exchanging their business cards to follow up on their conversations.
Steps to Follow
Register as a Supplier, buyer or media to ATMEX
ATMEX will ask each Marketplace participant to complete a file with important information about their company, to which buyers and the media will have access.
For the appointment selection process, ATMEX will send all suppliers, buyers and approved media an email with the following instructions:
- If you are a supplier: Review the Directory of Buyers and Media,
- If you are a Buyer or Medium: Review the Supplier Directory
- Select those with whom you wish to meet and submit this Appointment Request before the deadline which will be Thursday, September 30 at 11:59 pm Mexico City time
