For the appointment selection process, ATMEX will send all suppliers, buyers and media an email with the following instructions:

Select those with whom you wish to meet and send the Appointment Request before the deadline which will be Tuesday, February 13 at 12:00 pm Mexico City time.

NOTE: There will be no extensions for the reception of appointment requests, so for those buyers, media and suppliers who do not send their appointment request on time, ATMEX will be in charge of organizing their agenda.

Once ATMEX receives the appointment requests, agendas will be prepared for both suppliers, buyers and media. Each one will receive their appointment schedule via email.
